Visual - Deep red colour, slightly cloudy, with hints of purple
Tasting - Stone fruit (cherry, prune) with a finish of aromatic herbs and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg).
Palate - Beautiful acidic structure balanced by a great volume. Stone fruit notes are found, enhanced by fresh pepper, a straightforwardness with a nice liquor and beautiful bitters in the finish.
