Story

I was first introduced to natural wine working in bars and restaurants in Melbourne, Australia. The thriving Australian wine scene sparked my interest, which only grew during my 5 years in Paris. With France being the birthplace of natural wine and home to some of the most famous wine producers, my moving there meant that I spent my free time visiting as many wine makers as possible.
In that time I sharpened my knowledge and most importantly grew my desire to bring the drinkability and enjoyment of natural wine to Scotland.
