WHAT IS NATURAL WINE?
The term natural wine refers to wines that are produced organically, often using biodynamic farming practices, and without additives or removals during the winemaking process. This means no fining or filtering and no adding of acid, sugar or any other components.
Meet the Winemakers
We are thrilled to announce our first collaboration! Introducing Jean and Pierre Dietrich of Pépin. After taking over their father's vines in 2016 the brothers started making wines under their first project Achillée. In 2020 Pépin was born with the idea to make accessible natural wine to be drank with friends.
